Domūs Living Houthaven brings you close to the centre of Amsterdam and the Westerpark. We can't think of anything that isn't nearby. Public transport connections are within easy reach or you can take the shared bike to Amsterdam Sloterdijk and Amsterdam Central Station to reach the whole world via Schiphol. In the near future you can take one of the electric shared cars from the garage. We offer you all the ingredients to experience the city up close.
The apartments
Domūs Living Houthaven has a variety of apartments. Varying from 40 to 60 square metre. All homes are equipped with a fixed PVC floor, curtains and the 'smart living core' with kitchen, bathroom, cupboards and bed.

Living in Domūs Living Houthaven is living with many extra facilities. In the shared living room and in the courtyard you can work or walk into your neighbors. The other facilities work on a 'pay per use' basis. So no unnecessarily high service costs, but only pay for what you actually use.

Domūs Living Houthaven consists of 263 homes and because tenants' plans change, there are new homes available every month. So register and you will be the first to know.

You are eligible to rent an apartment if you meet all these conditions:
I am looking for a living environment with a community of like-minded people
I earn a gross salary of 3 times the monthly rent
I want to rent for at least one year
