These are costs that all tenants pay and consist of components such as use of the elevators, lighting in the common areas, window cleaning, bicycle storage, cleaning of common areas, internet in the studio and public areas etc. The service charges will be probably around €90 monthly and you pay €70 monthly for the advance heating costs. (individual and general)
-
This is of course possible after your first term of 12 months. After this first term the agreement can be terminated per month with 1 calendar month in between the final day. In practice this means that if you send in the email to end your agreement, the last month will start on the 1st of the coming month and your last day will be the last workday of that month.
In order to do this you need to do the following steps:
Send an email to huuropzeggingen@serveuwell.nl with your full name, rental agreement, studio number and end date.
Plan a Pre Inspection with us. This pre inspection will be an appointment with us where we stop by and take a look of the apartment. Plan the Final Inspection in with us.
Here we will inspect the studio, if this was ok, you will hand over the keys and you will get your full deposit back. If there are repairs that need to be done, the costs will be deducted from the deposit.
